Together, we work at the level of the nervous system, emotional patterns, identity, self-worth, relationships, boundaries, and spiritual grounded embodiment so your healing doesn’t just live in insight, but in your body and daily life ritual.

One 75-minute private session a week (in-person in Los Angeles or over Zoom)
Weekly online group classes included while you are a mentee (*these are also recorded for replay)
