If you are NOT joining the 3-day Cultural Immersion add-on, please arrange to fly into Puerto Escondido or Huatulco on October 31. A van will pick you up from Puerto Escondido at 2 pm, so if you wish to pick up on this leg of the trip, please plan accordingly!
AeroMexico, Volaris, and AeroTucan (jumper flight from city to coast) support our travel to/from Oaxaca.
Arriving: Please be on the property by 3 pm on October 31.
Leaving: We recommend you book your return flight home after 1 pm on November 9th out of either Puerto Escondido OR Huatulco. Taxis will take you to/from the property if you miss the group bus from Puerto Escondido.
Optional 'Día des Muertos' Oaxaca Cultural Immersion in Oaxaca City October 28-30th for an additional $1200.
(All meals, ground transportation, lodging, & curated private experiences with local English-speaking guides are included!)
NOTE: Costs for Airfare to OAX from your origin city + jumper flight ($100) to coast on the morning of October 31 for those participating in the 3-Day Cultural Immersion are not included.
A 50% deposit is due today. The balance is due 30 days before the retreat on September 28th, 2023.
Refunds are only available until September 28 with a $500 Admin Fee.
